Demand Generation Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic demnad generation professional, a dedicated and enthusiastic salesperson to join our growing sales team.This position will play a crucial role in creating and implementing best practices and procedures to make lead generation discipline and the Sales team successful. The primary focus is to work with the Sales team to develop lead generation, setting individual sales targets and driving qualified leads into the sales Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.

Experience: (2-6 Years)

Your responsibilities include:

  • Identify, qualify and generate leads in a defined territory (international market)
  • To effectively perform outbound calls to target prospects in US Geography and set up qualified meetings with clients
  • He/She would be responsible for the daily running and management of the lead generation activities.
  • Research and target prospects using a variety of sales tools.
  • Email/cold call in order to obtain key information from targeted prospects to meet the qualified lead criteria.
  • On a daily basis, track prospects - identify decision makers, timelines, hot-buttons, and specific qualifications and reach out to them with a personalized pitch.
  • Coordinating with Regional Sales Managers to ensure the quality of leads, gain feedback and maintain a healthy pipeline.

Demand Generation Specialist requirements and qualifications:

  • Excellent and precise written and oral communication skills (A must!)
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Inside Sales/Lead Generation
  • Proven track record of successful engagements with US based customers
